Richard’s attention to detail ensures and drives the team to deliver each project on time and within budget. His vision drives our commitment to quality and sustainability.
Richard is the visionary leader of Refurb Partners , a East Anglian UK-based refurbishment and renovation company specialising in transforming residential, investment and commercial properties. With over 30 years of experience in the construction and refurbishment industry, Richard has built a reputation for delivering exceptional quality, innovative solutions, and sustainable designs that exceed client expectations.
Under Richard’s leadership, Refurb Partners has been formed to become one of the most trusted names in the refurbishment sector. His keen eye for detail and commitment to excellence has developed a long lasting network of loyal customers.
Richard is known for fostering a culture of collaboration, where skilled craftsmen, architects, and project managers work in unison to bring each project to life. Passionate about sustainable building practices, they are dedicated to incorporating eco-friendly materials and energy-efficient technologies into every project.
Fino has worked in the construction industry from an early age, he worked and learned each component of building and construction from his grandfather and uncles. Now, with over 20 years of experience.
Fino is the backbone of every project, coordinating and signing off scopes of works, timelines, and resources with precision. Alongside visiting sites to review and sign off work.
With a talent for communication and organisation, Fino ensures everything from large-scale refurbishments to repairs and maintenance runs smoothly from start to finish.
Fino also manages our trade teams on each site to ensure the highest levels of safety and professionalism are maintained.

Mark has worked in the charity, social housing, and construction sector for over 25 years, including developing bespoke accommodations for people with physical disabilities and sensory impairments. Mark works carefully to craft and create relationships with all our new and current partners. From local authorities, housing associations, landlords, private investors and clients.
Russ serves as the Fire and Safety Officer at Refurb Partners, bringing 30 years of specialised experience in housing safety and fire prevention. With a strong commitment to creating a safe working environment, Russ ensures that all safety protocols are not only implemented but also consistently followed across our sites.
Russ conducts comprehensive risk assessments, develops tailored fire risk assessments, and provides hands-on training for our team. Their expertise in navigating industry regulations helps to ensure each project when handed over is compliant and meets all HMO regulations.
